LAUREN MARTIN
CHAIR & HEAD COACH
Cranbrook Arrows Netball Club is proudly led by Lauren, a passionate netball enthusiast who has been playing netball since she was 10 years old. Starting out as a player for the Club, she quickly realised her love of coaching and transitioned to become a player/coach. After settling into the coaching role, Lauren moved clubs to play at Regional Level, so now dedicates her time with Cranbrook Arrows solely to coaching and running the club.

SINEAD CANN
VICE CHAIR & ASSISTANT COACH
A long-standing member of Cranbrook Arrows and currently playing in the Flaming & County squads, Sinead brings a wealth of experience from her time at Arrows and her previous playing days at Brunel University and The University of Exeter. As Vice Chair, Sinead is eager to support both players and the club. She works closely with Lauren and also plays a crucial role as an Assistant Coach, helping to support players progress their game.

STACEY HARVEY
TREASURER
Stacey has been with Cranbrook Arrows since its inception and played a key role in recruiting many of our long-standing members. After taking a short break to grow her family, Stacey returned to the court as a key member of the Atomic Arrows squad and also serves as our Club Treasurer, using her accountancy expertise to manage the club’s finances with precision and care.

ASSISTANT COACH
Liv, the newest addition to the Cranbrook Arrows Coaching Team, brings a wealth of enthusiasm and experience to the club. As the Captain for both the County and Flaming Arrows teams, she embodies leadership and versatility on the court. Liv is known for her ability to adapt to any position where she's needed, ensuring her presence is felt in every game. Liv is looking forward to pushing the players to new heights this season and is committed to fostering growth and success for all involved in the club.

SOPHIE TOKENS
TEAMS MANAGER & ASSISTANT COACH
Sophie is an avid and talented netballer, who currently captains Atomic Arrows. Sophie's role as Teams Manager sees her overlooking and managing the set up and placement of our players and ensuring all squads are operating with the best combination of players. Sophie qualified as a Level 1 Coach in 2022 and regularly delivers training sessions and sideline support.

EVENTS AND BOOKINGS LEAD
Gidge oversees both our social and games calendar each season... meaning Gidge is in charge of bringing the fun! We pride ourselves on making the Cranbrook Arrows experience as enjoyable as possible, ensuring all of our members can relish in both the physical AND social aspect of being a part of this club! Gidge Captained Flaming Arrows through their debut season in the EDNL, leading the team to a promotion based on their excellent performance.

STEPH KENT
PLAYER REPRESENTATIVE
Steph plays a pivotal role on our committee as our Player Representative. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being and safety of all our members. Steph provides support to our members in various ways and works tirelessly to create a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone. Since joining our club in 2022, Steph has had a profoundly positive impact on all our players.
